Room rentals
For your group meetings,
we can provide you a room to accommodate around 10 people
in a pleasant and welcoming surrounding.
| The recording equipment will allow you to keep
the totality of the meeting: |
- Video: Video camera (DVD-R or VHS support).
- Audio: Minidisk, CD-R or tape.

| The room can be configured according to your
need: |
- Meeting or coffee tables (arranged as
you require).
- Paperboard, television, video tape reader,
etc.
|
A viewing room will allow you to follow the meeting 'live'
on a wide screen television.
| You can choose from several of our " à la carte
" services: |
- Conducting of group
meeting (projective, brainstorming sessions,…).
- Analysis.
- Minutes taking.
- Complete transcription of your meeting.
- Light catering and drinks.
